We offer a complete site-survey, design, supply and install package or a design/supply option only.
We provide our full package in London and surrounding South East/East UK areas. The proximity to survey/installation location and required quantity will normally determine the feasibility of our service. Supply only is available nationwide.
Anything from basic dimensions and digital photos or a simple free hand sketch will get us started. Architects’ drawings or technical drawings will help us to produce an accurate quotation for you.
The process of measuring the job and producing the drawings for manufacturing can take 1-2 weeks. Once the final drawings are approved, the manufacturing can take 3-5 weeks as we do not keep any stock items and everything is made bespoke. Then depending on the size and complexity of the job the installation can take from 1 day to 1 week.
In accordance with current UK Building Regulations a balustrade should be 1100 mm high from the finished floor level and 900 mm high from the pitch of the threads (on the stairs).
Yes. All our products are manufactured to meet British and European legislations and in accordance to current UK Building Regulations and Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) guidelines.
For indoor projects we use AISI 304 grade stainless steel and AISI 316 for external applications.
All our stainless steel products are manufactured in brushed satin or mirror polished finish. Mild Steel fabrications can be either powder coated in a colour or lacquered for industrial finish.
We can offer virtually any size or diameter tubes and/or bars.
We offer toughened or laminated safety glass infills with thickness options between 6 mm and 21.5 mm. It can be clear, low iron, coloured, tinted, sandblasted or frosted.
The next step will be a site survey. Depending on your location we might ask for a small deposit to cover our costs. The site visit costs are later deducted from the final invoice if the customer agrees to proceed with our quotation for the planned works.
We ask for 60% deposit with order confirmation and 40% on the day of completion.

All of our products are made to suit your individual application therefore are not returnable.
